	Rent a Table / Booth for our Business: $25.00 (includes 1 folding table & 2 folding chairs) We will rent table(s) x $25.00 ea. All businesses are welcome to provide any of their own display/signage and are required to staff their table with at least one adult.
	Offer Product, Coupons or Gift Certificates for Draws, Prizes or Volunteer Gift Bags: Valued at: $ NOTE: Items valued over $25 will include a Tax Receipt.
	Sponsor the Cut-a-thon T-shirts: T-shirt Sponsor: $100.00 Includes your logo on the T-shirts worn by Volunteers, and available for sale at the Cut-a-thon. NOTE: For any business that is a T-shirt sponsor, you will receive a Tax Receipt from “Artists for Quality of Life” for your contribution. You can use this receipt at Year End as an advertising expense.
Please make cheques payable to: Artists for Quality of Life Cut-a-Thon Tax receipts from AIDS Calgary will be issued for all donations over $25.00 and are tax deductible. Contact Linda Huston Eckess at (403) 890-1261 to pick up donation, answer questions, etc.
